  "A Verdict Looking for Evidence": Nancy Mace Demands for Letitia James the Due Process She Withheld From Four Men She Publicly Branded Predators, Nearly Three Years Into an Investigation That Has Charged None of Them

  On October 2, 2026, Rep. Nancy Mace posted that Letitia James 'doesn't get to call 7 men at Cornell guilty before her investigation even starts. That's not justice. That's a verdict looking for evidence.' In February 2025 Mace publicly branded four named men 'predators.' SLED opened its investigation in December 2023, nearly three years ago. Not one of the four has been charged, and none has been found guilty of anything. All four deny the allegations. Her standard from December 2023 reads the same way as today's post: 'Charges are not a conviction.' Her words, in order, with the public status of each man, including posts she made on her own X accounts before any charge.

  Is Nancy Mace on OnlyFans Yet? She Just Mocked 'OnlyFans Is Empowerment' on Her Podcast. Eighteen Months of Receipts Say the Question Was Already Being Asked About Her.

  On the September 28 Get Maced episode, Nancy Mace mocked 'the left' for saying 'OnlyFans is empowerment, strippers are CEOs' - introducing the line with 'Same crowd,' making clear she was attributing it to Democrats, not endorsing it. The irony: her OWN crowd has been asking if SHE is on OnlyFans for 18 months. The full record: she displayed her own nude photo in a congressional hearing in May 2025; her former aide testified under oath she tried to weaponize nude photos as real-estate leverage; she posted crop-top content that generated 'OnlyFans when??' headlines in April 2025; conservative media used her as the example of a 'springboard into OnlyFans'; a bar in her own SC-01 district circulated a parody beer can reading 'Nancy Mace's OnlyFans Soft Launch'; and four days before the episode she hosted her podcast in a leather catsuit while commenters asked about 'OnlyFans aesthetics.' She does not have an OnlyFans. Her own fans have been asking for 18 months.

  Mace Asks Why We 'Let In' a Guy Born in New Jersey

  On the September 25, 2026 episode of her Get Maced podcast, Rep. Nancy Mace asked why the United States still 'lets in' the streamer Hasan Piker and said, 'Send him to China.' Piker was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 1991. He is a natural-born US citizen. The member who built a national brand denouncing censorship as a First Amendment violation now wants a fellow American expelled over his politics.

  Mace, 2021: 'No One Should Be Discriminated Against.' Mace, 2026: 'Hospitals for This.'

  In 2021, Rep. Nancy Mace called herself 'pro-transgender,' said 'I strongly support LGBTQ rights and equality' and 'no one should be discriminated against,' and co-sponsored the Fairness for All Act. On the September 25, 2026 episode of her Get Maced podcast, she used a former name for her sitting colleague Rep. Sarah McBride, the first openly transgender member of Congress, and told her audience she would 'blanket diagnose' transgender Americans, saying 'they've got mental illness' and 'there used to be hospitals for this.' The medical bodies she invokes moved the other way years ago: the American Psychiatric Association removed the old diagnosis from the DSM in 2013, and the World Health Organization moved gender incongruence out of the mental-disorders chapter in 2019.

  The Vaccine Mace Urged You to Get Is Now 'Going to Kill You'

  In April 2021 Nancy Mace got the COVID-19 vaccine on camera and urged South Carolinians to 'protect yourself, your family and your community.' That November she told CNN she had 'been a proponent of vaccinations.' On the September 24, 2026 episode of her 'Get Maced' podcast she called it 'the vax that's going to kill you' and said she has a 'vaccine injury like myself and millions of others.' We found no public documentation of that injury, and the CDC's own data does not support a claim of mass harm.

  Mace vs. Mace: she called AOC's Jan. 6 account 'fiction,' but her own words called that same day 'a very dangerous situation' where 'lives were put at risk'

  In February 2021 Nancy Mace smeared Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's account of January 6 as 'fiction' and said AOC 'doesn't deal in reality.' MSNBC's Mehdi Hasan pulled the receipts: Mace's own contemporaneous words called that same day 'a very dangerous situation' where 'lives were put at risk,' said she barricaded her office, and told a local station she would carry a gun on Capitol Hill.

  "Charges Are Not a Conviction": The Due-Process Standard Nancy Mace Keeps Only for Herself

  In 2023, Nancy Mace voted against expelling George Santos, indicted on 23 federal counts, because 'charges are not a conviction.' Since then she has pushed a series of men to resign, moved to expel them, or named them 'predators' from the House floor, in every case before any charge was filed, and sometimes after a prosecutor or the accuser had already declined to pursue one. When the House Ethics Committee's own report landed on her, she asked for the very due process she denies them.
