Get Maced: the ratings tank. A typical Nancy Mace episode has lost more than half its viewers since August

Nancy Mace's Get Maced show is still posting nightly, but the number that measures reach, per-episode views, has more than halved. A typical solo episode has fallen from a working median near 42,000 views in August to about 16,500 now, a drop of roughly 56 percent, with policy episodes bottoming out in the single-digit thousands.

Get Maced: the ratings tank. A typical Nancy Mace episode has lost more than half its viewers since August

Nancy Mace opens a recent Get Maced episode with a small, telling aside: "I hope you'll stick with me for the whole hour, but if you can't, that's okay." Increasingly, they can't. Her personal YouTube show keeps posting on a near-nightly cadence, but the metric that actually measures reach, the number of people who watch each episode, has more than halved since August.

The number that is cratering

We track Get Maced's per-episode viewership off Mace's own public YouTube channel, @NancyRMace. The clean way to read a show like this is the working median: the views a typical solo episode collects once it has matured, setting aside the still-climbing brand-new uploads and the sub-two-minute teaser clips. That median has fallen hard.

A typical Get Maced episodeWorking median views
Late August 2026~42,000
September 1, 2026~37,909
September 22, 2026~16,500

That is a drop of roughly 56 percent in about three weeks. The number is robust either way you count the mid-September "session week," when Mace taped one long Monday master and cut it into nightly segments.

The floor is in the single-digit thousands

The collapse is clearest in her policy and commentary episodes, which now bottom out well below where solo episodes used to floor:

Episode (Sept. 2026)Views
"25 years later... remembering 9/11" (Sept. 11)6,170
"The $5,000 Checks Have a Catch" (Sept. 16)7,516
AI "Trojan Horse" cut (Sept.)4,172
"The Lindsay Clancy Mistrial" (Sept. 8)10,037

To be fair to the record, it is not every video: a couple of true-crime and controversy hooks still spiked this month, a bodycam segment to 83,149 and a TMZ "dick pics" press clip to 79,344. That is the point. Reach is now topic-gated. Strip out the two or three viral hooks and the typical Get Maced episode, the kind she posts most nights, is landing in the teens of thousands or lower, less than half of what it drew a month earlier.

Reach that was rented from the seat

There is a floor these numbers are drifting toward, and it is visible in plain sight. Mace's official House channel, @RepNancyMace, the one attached to the office, posts videos that draw roughly 130 to 1,400 views apiece. Get Maced's early numbers ran orders of magnitude above that, powered by the amplification of a sitting member of Congress in a high-drama news cycle. As the per-episode views slide back toward the official-channel range, the read is straightforward: much of the reach was rented from the seat, and the rent is coming due. That is exactly the softening our Get Maced economics breakdown flagged would show up, and it is showing up now, on her own timeline.

Method and sources: per-episode figures are the public view counts on Mace's own channel as of September 22, 2026, read via the video pages and standard tooling; the "typical episode" figure is a working median over the mature solo and full-length episodes of September 8 to 20. Verify any number on its own video page.
