"60,000 Muslims Invade Spain" on Mace's official House account, then a no-comment repost of a meme naming Omar and Tlaib

Over four days at the end of July and the start of August 2026, Rep. Nancy Mace posted about Muslims across both of her X accounts: her personal feed, @NancyMace, and her official, taxpayer-funded congressional account, @RepNancyMace. Two new posts sit alongside a July 27 statement Maceopedia has already cataloged. One is a meme Mace amplified without adding a word of her own. The other is her own text, carried on an office graphic with the U.S. House seal. This dispatch keeps those two things separate, because the difference matters.

August 4: a no-comment repost naming Omar and Tlaib

On August 4, 2026, on her personal account @NancyMace, Mace reposted an image and added no caption of her own. The image is a screenshot of a post by the account @RagingAmericans that reads:

"Radical Islam will destroy this country just like it's destroyed every other country it's touched if we don't put a stop to it!!"

Those are @RagingAmericans' words, not Mace's. Mace's action was to amplify the post to her own followers without comment. The screenshot is laid over a photo collage that includes Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, two sitting Muslim members of the U.S. House. Two other men also appear in the collage; they are not identified anywhere in the post, and Maceopedia does not name or guess at them.

As displayed, the repost drew roughly 12,600 likes. Because Mace added no text of her own, the post is an endorsement by amplification: she put the meme, and the collage of Omar and Tlaib, in front of her audience without qualification.

July 31: "60,000 Muslims Invade Spain" on the official account

Four days earlier, on July 31, 2026, Mace posted on her official congressional account, @RepNancyMace. This account is labeled a Government account on X and is the taxpayer-funded channel of her U.S. House office, distinct from the personal @NancyMace feed used for the repost above.

The post carried an office-produced graphic bearing the U.S. House seal and a "Congresswoman Nancy Mace" watermark, headlined in large type: "60,000 MUSLIMS INVADE SPAIN." These are Mace's own words. The accompanying text of the post reads, in the portion Maceopedia has verified verbatim:

"In the past 24 hours, around 60,000 Muslim "migrants" from Morocco have INVADED Spain. Do not let the media fool you. These are criminals and their culture is incompatible with Western civilization. These are all military-age men breaking into homes, looting businesses, setting"

The post is a longer "note" post whose text continues past the word "setting." Maceopedia quotes only the portion it has independently verified and does not reproduce the remainder. As displayed, the post drew roughly 6,900 likes.

The claim references the late-July migrant surge at Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta, where large numbers of people crossed from Morocco in a matter of days. The event was widely covered, including by the Washington Post on July 31, 2026. What is novel here is not the underlying news event but the channel and the framing: Mace applied the words "criminals," "invaded," and "incompatible with Western civilization" to Muslim migrants as a group, on her official House account and under the House seal, rather than on her personal feed.

Her words versus the words she amplified

The two new posts are different kinds of statements, and the distinction is the point of this entry:

• The July 31 Spain post is Mace's own authorship: her office made the graphic, her account posted it, and the text is written in her voice.
• The August 4 repost is content Mace amplified without comment: the sentence about "Radical Islam" belongs to @RagingAmericans, and Mace's contribution was to share it to her followers with no caption.

Maceopedia keeps these separate rather than collapsing them into a single "Mace said." She authored one and endorsed the other by reposting it. As of this writing, Maceopedia is aware of no statement from Mace or her office walking back, clarifying, or deleting either post.
