The Daily Beast's Sarah Ewall-Wice reported that on May 20, 2025, Mace brought a poster-sized display to a House Oversight Committee hearing on surveillance in private spaces. The image, which Mace described as a silhouette she said depicted her own body, was presented as evidence in support of legislation targeting non-consensual recording. She attributed the image to alleged conduct by her ex-fiancé Patrick Bryant and others.
