As a clerk read Mace's censure resolution on the House floor in November 2025, she confronted Rep. Cory Mills face-to-face and told him 'You're a disgrace'; reporters also observed her appearing to mouth an additional expletive.
On November 19-20, 2025, as a House clerk read Mace's censure resolution on the floor, Mace confronted Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) face-to-face and said:
"You're a disgrace."
Reporters present also observed Mace appearing to mouth the words "You're a piece of s--t" at Mills during the same exchange.
