Role in the Mace litigation

Moylan was part of Mace's legal team alongside Jim May and Peter McCoy in the partition/property dispute with Patrick Bryant, the underlying personal allegations in that dispute are contested and denied by Bryant. He represented Mace through the January 8, 2024 mediation before mediator Tom Wills and presented settlement proposals on her behalf. Moylan remained as counsel into February 2024, at which point Edward L. Phipps took over as lead counsel on February 20, 2024.
