Mace v. Bryant
Action for partition filed April 2, 2024 by Rep. Nancy Mace against Patrick Bryant over a jointly owned Isle of Palms beach house; settled at mediation May 28, 2024; Mace moved to enforce the settlement in 2025.
Rep. Nancy Mace filed this action for partition on April 2, 2024, seeking to divide or force the sale of a beach house at 3301 Palm Blvd., Isle of Palms, S.C. that she and Patrick Bryant owned in equal shares. The parties reached a settlement at mediation on May 28, 2024, and filed a Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice on October 30, 2024. In 2025, Mace returned to court with a Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement, alleging Bryant had not complied with the terms.
All allegations in any pleading are the contentions of the filing party and are not findings of fact; where a party has denied an allegation, that denial is part of the record.
