Tim Burchett is a U.S. Representative serving Tennessee's 3rd congressional district. He has emerged as one of the most outspoken members of Congress calling for government transparency regarding Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and has taken a leading role in bipartisan legislative efforts on the topic.

UAP Advocacy

Burchett has been instrumental in advancing congressional UAP oversight, partnering with members of both parties, including Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), and Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA), on legislative initiatives. At the November 13, 2024 House Oversight and National Security subcommittee joint hearing on UAP, Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) specifically noted the bipartisan coalition:

"I want to particularly thank Congressman Burchett, Mace, Luna, and Garcia for working on bipartisan pieces of legislation."

Burchett's consistent advocacy has made him one of the most recognizable voices in Congress on UAP disclosure and government accountability on the subject.
