What Happened
On November 5, 2025, Klayman announced on Mace's behalf that she intended to bring legal action against Charleston International Airport and American Airlines, characterizing the release of airport police reports as "a calculated and coordinated effort to malign her character through deliberately falsified documentation." The threatened defamation and related claims were never filed as of June 2026.
