Finch appears by name in a publicly available affidavit of non-service filed in Berg v. Bryant (Case No. 2025-CP-10-03124, Charleston County Court of Common Pleas). According to that affidavit, submitted by a process server in November 2025, Finch was present at Mace's congressional office when the server arrived to attempt service on Mace. The affidavit states that Finch advised the server that Mace was not available. That document is part of the public court record.
Finch is also named in a publicly filed affidavit in the same case (filed December 22, 2025) as someone with "potentially relevant information" in that litigation.
