He Asked Nancy Mace About Town Halls. 54 Seconds Later, She Cursed at Him

The Man in the Store, a narrated documentary built from both phone videos of the April 19, 2025 argument at an Ulta Beauty in Mount Pleasant, S.C. Ely Murray-Quick asked Rep. Nancy Mace whether she would hold more town halls. Fifty-four seconds after he repeated the question, she cursed at him on camera. ABC News 4 and CNN report that both used profanity. Mace says she felt threatened and harassed; Murray-Quick says he stayed at least eight feet away and that there was no aggression. Three days later she told ABC News 4 her first in-person town hall of the year was the next day.
