"One of the greatest cover-ups in American history": Oversight subpoenas Bondi on Mace's motion (24-19)
On March 4, 2026, the House Oversight Committee voted 24-19 to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi on Mace's motion, as Mace declared the Epstein case "one of the greatest cover-ups in American history."

On March 4, 2026, the House Oversight Committee voted 24-19 to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi, on a motion by Mace, over the Justice Department's handling of the Epstein files.
"The Jeffrey Epstein case will go down as one of the greatest cover-ups in American history."
Mace framed the subpoena as a necessary escalation after months of what she described as stonewalling:
"If the DOJ is not going to do their job, I will do their job for them."
She also demanded an accounting of surveillance materials:
"We want to know where all the audio and video footage is from ALL of the pinhole cameras at every Epstein property. What about the 'Lolita Express'? Where is the footage?"
The bipartisan 24-19 vote was a notable Oversight win for Mace after the full House had largely sidelined her earlier subpoena push on congressional sexual-harassment settlement records.
