Nancy Mace Parades Her Own Naked Photos in Bizarre Hearing

Mace displayed before a House Oversight Committee hearing what she described as a silhouette image she said depicted her, allegedly taken without her consent by her ex-fiancé and others. Her ex-fiancé and the other accused men deny all allegations. Litigation is ongoing.

"Congresswoman Nancy Mace displayed a poster she claimed was of her naked at a hearing on Capitol Hill on Tuesday as she accused her ex-fiancé and others of taking video of women without permission.", The Daily Beast

The Daily Beast's Sarah Ewall-Wice reported that on May 20, 2025, Mace brought a poster-sized display to a House Oversight Committee hearing on surveillance in private spaces. The image, which Mace described as a silhouette she said depicted her own body, was presented as evidence in support of legislation targeting non-consensual recording. She attributed the image to alleged conduct by her ex-fiancé Patrick Bryant and others.

Ewall-Wice noted the broader pattern the hearing fit into:

"The move was the latest in a series of accusations the lawmaker has made against her ex.", The Daily Beast

Bryant and the other men Mace has named deny all allegations. No criminal charges related to these claims have been filed; the underlying accusations are contested and unproven. The committee hearing itself was a separate, official proceeding, but the accusations Mace made there, and in related congressional and media appearances, are the subject of active civil defamation litigation in South Carolina and federal court.

ABC News 4 in Charleston also covered the hearing and its connection to the ongoing legal dispute.
