On May 7, 2025, Fatima Goss Graves, President and CEO of the National Women's Law Center, testified before the DOGE Subcommittee at a hearing titled “Unfair Play: Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports.” Rep. Nancy Mace questioned her on the definition of “woman” and on transgender athletes in women’s sports.
This supercut stitches three verbatim moments from that exchange, each cut from the official C-SPAN feed and captioned word-for-word:
